when it shall have been recorded. When that is done please send
to me or cancel my receipt which I gave you for the money
total $3200.
The title is now relieved of all encumbrances except
three old judgments on which satisfa satisfactory evidence of pay-
ment has been received but the satisfaction pieces have not yet
come, and on that account I retain money enough to secure their
coming in any event. I expect them daily. The se papers rela-
tive to and explanatory of the transaction are full and explicit
and somwhat numerous. I will send them to you for preservation
the first convenient opportunity when I can do so without expense of
postage
