Albany ^Auburn^ May 28th.
My dear Jennings,
We arrived here safely yesterday morning. Frances
been several weeks confined to her room has obviously improved by the
journey. It is my purpose in a few days to do what is requisite here.
I think now that I will go to Oswego - see Mr. Duer
with me to Chautauqua or appoint a day with him to meet me there—
It will probably be necessary for you to return with me to this place
and proceed to New York. I hope as we all do that Marcia
accompany you. I will write further and more definitely as soon
as I see through my business here.
