Tuesday Oct 1st -
My dear Henry,
Willie
the kind pox but is now much better. Frederick
who has been unwell a number of days is
so ill this morning that I relinquish the
idea of setting out for Albany tomorrow -
he had considerable fever last night accompanied
with nausea and pain in the head. I have
given him some medicine – should it operate favour–
ably and he be convalescent tomorrow I will
set out the next day (Thursday) and be at
Albany Friday. Mrs Horner
