My dear Sister Frances
In distributing among kindred
and friends, the articles of taste, be-
longing to my dear lost lady
and I were unable to think of any
thing for you more suitable than
the accompanying: a dotted, mourning
mull dress, worn in memory of our
dear sister Cornelia
a collar: trifles all; but sufficient
to call to memory the bright Chris-
tian example of one now gone from
us.
Your mourning brother
