My dear Aunt,
Ma
I went to the amphitheatre Wednesday night
which makes twice that I have been this winter.
When you send down Cesar
send my animals that are in my paper caravan for I
want to make them over in pasteboard. Ma took
Willy's
a fortnight ago and he has got it now –– he is
playing with it and mooing at the picture
of a cow for he thinks that it is new.
Monday Feb. 1st 1840
We are all preparing for the party to day.
The man is putting up the lamps and William
Taylor
is snowing pretty fast but in small flakes.
