My dear Jennings.
Mr Duer
of success but not as he expected information that his
negotiation was completed.
arrived this morning. He now says
he will be at Albany on Tuesday morning. go to Auburn
on Wednesday. stay there Othree or two days and then go
to Chautauque with me direct
HeI go to Auburn on Tuesday. You will
either wait our arrival or go on as you shall think
best. If you go on will you leave your papers / such as
you do not want. I will carry them to Chautauque,
