Dec 8. 1840
My dear Sister
Mrs Blatchford
say to you that she has declined pay-
ing for little Fredericks
she did not know whether they suited.
If it is all right, please signify it to
me—and mention how much it is, for
she has forgotten—& she will pay it.
Have you received the dress? how much
is that? & shall it be paid?
Please mention to brother Henry
I have sitten in Mr Duers
of the business hours for the last three
or four days, without effecting any thing.
Mrs B. makes it very pleasant
for me. Yours affectionately
