Florida Dec 2nd 1849.
My dear Uncle
Agreeable to our arrangement
while together in New York . I now send you
a short note to remind you of the business
matters you were to ^transact and^ send to Goshen, to
Mr Grier
Birth: 1802-09-27 Death: 1878-12-20
. I think of writing to Aunty
Birth: 1805-09-24 Death: 1865-06-21
to
night – and may say something definite as
to the time to be allowed – before it will
be necessary to have them completed.
Most likely you may see Uncle George
Birth: 1808-08-26 Death: 1888-12-07

in the course of a few weeks. or perhaps
a fortnight. He starts next Thursday the 6th
for the South – thinking to be gone some
two or three months. I have heard him
say nothing of visiting Washington – but
suppose he will– All friends are well
