My dear Uncle
I have received the letter of
the 15th instant, required by yourself and
Mr Grier
May I ask that you will
cause to be copied and sent to me
the dates and amounts with which
I am charged. The amount of my
distributed share I am perfectly
willing to take as computed by
you. I would like the privilege
however of computing my side
of the account. I would come to
Goshen to do this if I could
spare the time but I cannot now
leave the office. Our book re-
quires my presence and attention
I will pay for the copy.
Ever gratefully
Your nephew
