As I was leaving
home I recd your kind
note of welcome, with
the suggestion with re-
gard to the Bahamas.
I wish that I knew
somebody there, but I
cannot recall to

islands. Not one.
It is possible at
Washington I may be
reminded of somebody.
If so, I shall write
at once.
I hope that you
are strong again.

health returns!
We are on the eve
of great events. Surely
& over all impedi-
ments the cause
moves onward.
