Albany Saturday 5 p.m.
My dearest Frances
We missed the connection
at New York and so we are making
our way slowly to Sharon.
I send John on to help you.
We shall spend Sunday at Sharon,
Monday probably at Cherry Valley and
Tuesday at Trenton, arriving at Auburn
Wednesday. I shall take the party
to the Hotel.
I shall calculate to give
them a picnic on the lake on
Thursday, and shall be glad if any
neighbors will show them attention
by helping us – Nothing will be
expected of you but to receive
them if well enough without any
entertainment. Yr own Henry
