Dear friend,
Will it be too much
trouble for you to come and stay
with us tonight? We feel very
timid after reading the paper,
were somewhat frightened last
night, the house is so large, and
brother is sick tonight, and does
not feel as brave as usual.
If not convenient for you, would
your brother
not trouble you if we knew of
any one else we could ask, that
is feel free to ask. If you cannot
come please don't hesitate to say
so.
Yours truly,
Janet W. Seward
