I transmit, herewith, a letter of the
20th ultimo from Mr L. Kingman
Illinois. I will thank you to answer
it, remitting twenty dollars, the amount
of taxes on the land therein referred to,
and at the same time inform Mr Kingman
that the land can be purchased for twenty-
five dollars in sum.
