Academy Street Home to Mrs
Augusta Nelson
I have this day sold to her
for $1800. I consider this a
good sale as the home was
very poor and only rented for
$115 per year and I have
frequently before offered it
at $1500. Please ask Father to
execute & return the deed to me
the money will probably be
paid early next month
