They had 8 children: Henry Tusten Van Duzer (1827 - 1908), Ira Van Duzer (1828 - 1838), Mary Jane Van Duzer Jessup (1830 - 1910), George Van Duzer (1832 - 1833), Clarissa Van Duzer Howell (1834 - 1897), Auston Van Duzer (1835 - 1855), Eliza Van Duzer Bradner (1838 - 1912), and Albert Van Duzer (1840 - 1919). Ira's death/funeral is mentioned in a letter from WHS to BJS May 15th, 1838.
