Father of ExM, and son of Eleazer Miller. He was one of the earliest members of the Westchester Committee of Safety.
Captain Josiah Miller. He, along with his brother Abijah moved his family to Cayuga and Seneca County's. He was with his regiment for the burning of Danbury Connecticut on the 26 of April 1777 under command of Colonel Sheldon. He was a Quaker.
