Biography

Andrew Davis was the son of Gov. John and Eliza Davis. He married Henrietta Parker Whitney Davis and they had two children together. Davis earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Harvard in 1854, and a Master of the Arts also from Harvard in 1893. Andrew McFarland Davis appears to have written many books, ranging from topics in banking, law, and historical accounts of Native American culture and games.
