Biography
Louisa Fowler was born in Albany, NY. She became a missionary in 1831, and in 1844 she married Honorable Walter Hubbell, a lawyer in Canandaigua. After Walter's death she married Honorable Homer Bartlett and moved to Boston. In 1868 she was chosen treasurer of the Woman's Board of Missions.
