Biography

William Morris Maury is an England-native, who moved to the US with his wife Sarah Mytton Maury, in 1846. William was first married to Harriet Mary Van Ness Maury, in August 1824, but she died a year later in 1825, and they had no children together. William married Sarah most likely between 1825 and 1829, as their first child was born in 1830. They had 6 children together between the years 1830 and 1841, and William and Sarah both died in 1849.
