Biography

Fanny Seward writes in her letter of December 1, 1861 to William Henry Seward that she and Frances Miller Seward were staying together in the house of Edward and Mary E. Masse. Also staying at the house and teaching "drawing and painting" was "Mademoiselle Morin" who is most likely this Eugenia Moran listed in the census with the Masses in 1860.
