Biography

Leavitt Hunts served in the US Military and is referenced in Fanny Adeline Seward's diary of 1862-1863 as Adjutant to Gen. Heintzelman. He married Catherine Jarvis in 1860 with whom he had several children, one of whom was also mentioned in Fanny's diary, Clyde.
