Son of Lyman Beecher, mentioned in a letter from Thomas Miller to Frances Seward written May 14, 1853, "I have just been reading Rev Mr Beechers book on Spiritual manifestations. It is very interesting and I hope you will read it. I differ with him somewhat as to his conclusions. "
