Attended Troy Female Seminary from 1835-1838, died at the home of her brother-in-law C.C. Dennis in 1853. Buried at Fort Hill Cemetery. Referenced in Fanny Seward's 1862-1863 diary as the predeceased mother of Caroline "Carrie" Hawks. Fanny indicates that Carrie will join her mother after a deadly carriage accident.
