Sister of Leavitt and William Morris Hunt, accomplished artist and writer, eldest daughter of Jonathan and Jane Maria Leavitt Hunt. Referenced in Fanny Seward's 1862-1863 diary when she, Fred, and Anna visit the home of Major Leavitt Hunt in Washington, D.C.
