Biography

Charles Sentell established the newspaper Waterloo Observer in 1824, the paper was later renamed the Seneca Observer. Appointed as Post Master for Waterloo in 1833. He is referenced in a letter written by Samuel Birdsall to William H. Seward, dated April 07, 1849, in which Birdsall describes the process by which he was appointed Post Master in Waterloo.
