Daughter of Susan Keyser, a Manager of a Medical Almshouse in Washington DC called the "Home for incurables." Caroline Inglis' daughter, Annie Inglis, was a resident of this Almshouse. Caroline Inglis is first mentioned in a letter between Susan Keyser and Frances Miller Seward concerning the transportation of Annie Inglis, that Keyser had called on the Seward Family to facilitate.
