Biography

Sarah Ann Osborn Stoddard was the mother of William Osborn, one of Abraham Lincoln's private secretaries. She was born in Homer, NY, and married Prentice Stoddard in August 1830. Sarah died of consumption in October 1853 in Syracuse, NY.
