I inclose for your certificate
a statement of the fire & losses on the 17th, for
the Insurance Co. Not having a power of
attorney my certificate would not be received.
Mr Mann

Please inclose the statement in an envelope
to the Charter Oak Fire & Marine Insurance Co
Hartford Conn and either retain the policy
or return it to me.
