Hon W H Seward
Dear Sir
The arrangement proposed
by Mr Everts
Birth: 1808 Death: 1892-01-22
is one that will materially
benefit and he is anxious to make the Exch-
-ange.the property at upper dam is a valu-
-able one and has been much improved in
the past year. and the parties in interest
are willing as they can in the exchange divide
the property takes of Mr Everts. Mr Everts is
specially desirous to do so as it will greatly
benefit him. I cannot doubt the entire
security of the mortgate he offers with the policy
of Insurance attached.
Yours truly
