My dear Father
I send herewith a contract
for the house formerly sold to Mrs A E Hall
Birth: 1821-04-04 Death: 1896-07-07Certainty: Probable

she concluded that she would not keep her house
and gave up her article about a week since, forfitting
about $20 paid on the principal. I have therefore
sold the house again, if the articles are correct
please sign and return them
