My dear Father
Herewith I send Coles
Mortgage which he has to day paid up in full
with the interest. will you please executor a satisfaction
price and return it to me with the mortgage
I have to day paid Cole $721.50 in full for the two
houses which he has just finished.
Your affectionate son
