I return Mr. Hinman’s
letter. As you will see by
Father’s
Land should sell at $12 – cash
free of all expenses & payable in N.Y.
City funds. If this price cannot be
obtained, he says that he will put
up a home on the property at once
& ask Mr. Hinman to find a tenant
for it.
