Coxsackie August 9th 1867.
My dear Uncle,
We received a telegram
yesterday from Goshen stating that
you wished to know when Frederick
Birth: 1840-11-08 Death: 1910-11-28

would be in Washington again.
He has gone on a trip to Ni-
agara & the St Lawrence and
will probably return here in about
ten days, and to Washington
soon after that. I shall en-
deavor to make know to him that
you have made such an inqui-
ry.
Very respectfully
Your nephew.–
J. L. Seward.
Hon W. H. Seward
Washington D.C.
