destitute of Whig help & the
whole vote is slender & we
have lost by it. In Josiah
Halls
an accession of Loco strength:
so that allowing the towns not
^heard from^ the same majority as in 1834 the whole
majority cannot exceed 2025 — & is not like-
ly to get to 2010.
