My dear William Henry
Some short time since I wrote
you stating the [ nediessity ]
Alternate Text: necessity of you visiting
Florida again as soon as possible to
which letter I have received no answer
nor had a visit from you – Since the
arrangement we made I have now
decided to make some material altera-
tions which I am confident will meet
the approbation of your better judge-
ment, circumstances render it ne-
essary that this arangement be attend
to immediately – Therefore the Earliest
moment your official duties will
permit I pray you to imbrace and if
I should be compelled to go into it before
I will write to you
I am continually wasting
away – Frequently have to be helped
up out of my chair – my side afflicts
me very much and am in pain looking
constantly for the time when I shall
depart and go home

health, Chills and fever are still reducing
her – She has lost all her flesh and can
scarcely walk — I regret exceeding that you
are so situated as to deprive us of your
company in our last feeble moments

And affords an opportunity of forwarding
