From find-a-grave: "Maria-Ludovica was the daughter of King Vittorio Emmanuel II of Italy and his wife Marie Adelheid, Archduchess of Austria.
On 30 January 1859, she married Prince Napoleon Joseph Charles Bonaparte of Montfort.The marriage was arranged for political reasons and not a happy one, she had agreed to it against her will. Her husband was often unfaithful.
Before they separated in 1870, they were the parents of three children-Napoleon Victor Jerome, Napoleon Louis Joseph, and Marie Laetizie Eungenie.
After the separation, she went to live at the Moncalieri Castle in Turin and died there in 1911. She spent her days immersed in charitable works and religion."
