Biography

She was the sister of Harriet Morgan Trask Pitney. She lived in Avon with her husband, Samuel who died in 1850. This makes her the "Mrs Salisbury" that FMS referred to, the sister who helped nurse Mrs Pitney when she was sick. The 1850 census shows she had a son, also named Samuel Salisbury.
