Biography

Elizabeth Armistead McKinley was the second wife of John McKinley, Supreme Court justice from 1838 until 1852. Elizabeth and John were married in 1824, after the death of his first wife, Juliana Bryan, in 1822. Elizabeth and John appear to never have had any children, although Elizabeth lived a long life, dying at the age of 91.
