Obadiah Latham lived in Seneca County, NY. He and his brother, Franklin, were well-known builders. They built the stone mills in Seneca Falls and a number of other buildings throughout New York, including the Seneca County poor house. Obadiah later served in the Civil War and as a paymaster after the War.
