Biography

Hector is a character from the Iliad and the Aenid. He fought for Troy during the Trojan War. He is the husband of Andromache. He died in a duel with Achilles, and the scene of Andromache's grief after seeing his body is mentioned by FAS in 1857 as one of the scenes in tableaux given to FWS for his birthday.
