Albert Raeish was a carver and marble dealer who lived in Auburn. Origninally born in Germany, Raeish moved to Aurburn at an unknown date and openned a carving firm. One of Raeish’s students, Walter G. Robinson, carved a full-length sculpture of William Henry Seward in 1888.
