Biography

Niece of Seward neighbor Laura Watrous, mentioned by Laura in a letter to Frances Seward in April, 1856, "You know my Glensville brother’s daughter was so sick in the winter- the poor girl between 16-17 is being doctored yet- her cough has left her and the diopsical appearances are gone- to be near the physician she is to come to this house on Monday next, with a large nice parlor & bedroom attached, and I am to occupy it with her and take care of her for a time."
