King of Rome from 534-509 B.C., considered the last king of Rome. Mentioned in a letter written by Albert H. Tracy to William H. Seward, dated August 13, 1834: "I would not, as one of them, suffer the reproach of such bad conduct for all the political power that has been sought or won from the days of Tarquinius to the present hour."
