William Hale was an American Congressman from New Hampshire. He served in the New Hampshire State senate and then in the eleventh, thirteenth, and fourteenth Congresses. 
He met Sam Blatchford at a conference in Albany, and was mentioned in an 1840 letter from Sam Blatchford to Frances Miller Seward.
