Dr. Issac Baker Brown was an English surgeon and gynecologist. He was prominent in his field for many years, but his career ended with him disgraced when it was revealed he preformed un-consensual clitoridectomies. He was mentioned as being the surgeon for Charlotte Saunders Cushman in a letter from Emma Conn Cushman to Fanny Seward, dated August 8th 1866.
