Biography

Sir Francis Clare Ford was an English diplomat. Frederick William Seward wrote a draft of a letter to Ford and included it in his February 27, 1868 letter to his father William Henry Seward. The letter discussed letters of introduction for Ford, in preparation of a visit to the US it seems.
