My dear Pa,
There are a great many
flowers in blossom, there is the Polyanthus,
Hyacinth, and Iris. The lilies are up
& the Piony is budding. The Popies are up
in my garden & so are the balsalms and
sweet peas. I keep a little flowerpot on
the window all the time. The tulips are
budding. We have got a new carpet for the
Dining-room. One of the cherry trees is in
blossom. Grandpa
Magazines which are very pretty. The
Polyanthuses look very pretty. I have been
four or five days writing this letter.
Your affectionate son
Frederick Seward.
