My Dear Brother,
I received you letter writ-
ten whilst in Florida, I am gratified
that Fathers health has so much im-
proved as he wrote me last fall, that
he was sinking quite fast.
I am yet afraid we shall miss
each other, next Thursday the 7th of
June I am going up to Rockaway which
is one quarter of my distance home and
as I have been expecting to go up to
Florida for the last three or four months
and because I cannot keep my horse
here with any peace I shall got on to
Florida to dispose of him.–
If you receive this in time you can
write, Tempe
Your Respectfully
GW Seward
