Florida 20th May 1839
William H Seward
My Dear Child
David Moore
Birth: 1809-01-18
of Minisink has called on me this
morning to designate a proper person on the
part of the Marble Town Banking Co to act as an
appraiser of the various lands to be Mortgage by
said Co ^to^ the Comptroler
Birth: 1787-12-23 Death: 1841-05-31
In casting my mind
over the Towns of Minisink and Walkill I
do not think of a more suitable man than
Frederick Dalson
Birth: 1790-08-05 Death: 1863-08-15
of Minisink- He is a man of
property of clear discrimination and of
stern integrity and in my impression will
perform those duties to satisfaction—
Affectionately yours
Samuel S. Seward

I cheerfully recommend Frederick Dalson of Minisink
and John E. Phillips

to be appraisers of Bonds &
