My Dear Child
David Moore
morning to designate a proper person on the
part of the Marble Town Banking Co to act as an
appraiser of the various lands to be Mortgage by
said Co ^to^ the Comptroler
over the Towns of Minisink and Walkill I
do not think of a more suitable man than
Frederick Dalson
property of clear discrimination and of
stern integrity and in my impression will
perform those duties to satisfaction—

I cheerfully recommend Frederick Dalson of Minisink
and John E. Phillips
mortgages offered to the comptroler by the Middle
town Bank. They are very suitable men.
