My Dear brother, As Col Jennings
one team work on the road at a time you have
several horses on hand one of mine is very badly
injured in the fore foot and cannot plow
if you think it would do for me take one
and keep it well for a few days I should est-
em it a very great favor I cannot get
one here as every body is busy with them[ . ]
